Shaun Jones was sworn in as the Town of Middleburg’s new chief of police at Middleburg’s American Legion Hall. The ceremony, performed by Gary Clemens, clerk of the circuit court of Loudoun County, was witnessed by a standing room only crowd that included law enforcement officials from around the state, Jones’ retiring but still loquacious predecessor, A.J.
